White Void
04:31
|
|
||
Starring blindly across a vast open space
staggering forward towards oblivion’s embrace
Open fields devoid of man’s creations
oblivious of civilization
When the sky turned dark and silence fell
when the flashes extinguished the light of day
when heat turned living flesh to mere shadows
when poisonous snow began to fall
Decades of darkness and despair
years of blade and blood
days without a dawn
instant death
Follow him into nothingness
salvation lies beyond the firmament
always on and on and never stop
ice and snow on frozen limbs
Snow-blind he crawls on ever forward
the last of many, one among the dead
over debris and bones
across the white void

|

Spewing forth from fathomless depths
primeval force of destruction
burning semen in ashen clouds
fiery cloak of eternal silence
Molten earth on fertile soil
eradication of life itself
trembling mountains
wrath of titanic spirits
Furrows filled with liquid flames
turning instantly to shallow graves
the morning breeze turns lethal
as sulphur begins to fill the lungs
Eyes wide with horror behold the spasms
of choking shadows behind an acid curtain
existence frozen by fire and flames
screams of dead mouths fade away
Man will never rise again
where fire turns to stone

Solum Aeternum
03:43
|
|
||
Sinking ever lower
towards the dark below
the surface’s light is waning
the sun’s a fading glow
As I reach the ground
I feel the shadows’ touch
pulling me deeper and deeper
into their timeless realm
What the earth shall give
man has got to yield
blood for blood
and flesh for flesh
Drained is all life
motionless I lie
bound at wrists and limbs
blindfolded my empty eyes
Valour and pride
glorious my deeds
great my renown
throughout the mortal world
And so I dwell in the dark
where the shadows reign
in the mother’s womb
beneath earth eternal

The I Of The Storm
05:29
|
|
||
In silence I gaze
upon destruction and chaos
contemplating mayhem from within
Dark storm clouds gather
heralding the beginning of the end
the divinity of thunder and lightning
I reap what you sowed
the blindness of open eyes
the ignorance of progress and power
Now you kneel and crawl
in disbelief and shattered dreams
unable to grasp your descent into oblivion
I reap what you sowed
the Tower of Babel once again
unable to perceive futility
Now you kneel and crawl
among dust and rotting bones
seeking shelter for your final days
I reap what you sowed
I, the harvester of sins
give yourself to the I of the storm
